No, Lana’s Lash Academy refund and cancellation policies states no refunds will be given after enrollment.
Yes, you have 1 time to reschedule your training dates, after attempting to reschedule again will result in a forfeited tuition and you must re-enroll into the training course with a new full tuition payment.
Training Policies
Refunds will not be granted upon enrollment in the 14-hour Eyelash Extension training course as enrollments are considered non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, our policy dictates that refunds will not be issued.
Participants can reschedule their training days for the 14-hour eyelash extensions course once. After this one-time rescheduling, individuals will be automatically unenrolled from the training and must re-enroll with a new full payment for enrollment.
Lana’s Lash Academy expects students to behave in a manner that is appropriate to a Learning environment. Students are expected to assume responsibility for their own behavior and learning and to respect the learning environment of others. To guarantee that no member of the Program is deprived of this Learning environment, student rights and responsibilities are clearly stated and behavior and discipline codes have been established.
