POLICIES

We welcome all clients, as long as all clients respect our business time and policies. 
 Please review the following information before booking your appointment:

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy:

- Changes to your appointment must be made at least 30 hours in advance to avoid a fee.

- Rescheduling within 30 hours of your appointment will result in a fee.

 

Late Arrival Policy:

- Please arrive on time for your appointment as there is a 5-minute grace period.

- A $15 late fee will be applied after the grace period.

- If you are 10 minutes late or more, your appointment will be canceled, and 100% of the service fee will be charged.

 

Refund Policy:

- Refunds will not be provided.

 

Guest Policy:

- We kindly request that you refrain from bringing extra guests, and children are not permitted as this is a sensitive environment.

 

Payment Options:

- We accept multiple forms of payment, including Apple Pay, debit cards, credit cards, and cash.

- Please note that card payments will incur a 3% fee.
