Training Policies
Refunds will not be granted upon enrollment in the 14-hour Eyelash Extension training course as enrollments are considered non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, our policy dictates that refunds will not be issued.
Participants can reschedule their training days for the 14-hour eyelash extensions course once. After this one-time rescheduling, individuals will be automatically unenrolled from the training and must re-enroll with a new full payment for enrollment.
Lana’s Lash Academy expects students to behave in a manner that is appropriate to a Learning environment. Students are expected to assume responsibility for their behavior and learning and to respect the learning environment of others. Lana’s Lash Academy advocates a learning environment that enhances the academic, intellectual, cultural, and social enrichment of its students, faculty, instructors, and the community at large. To guarantee that no member of the Program is deprived of this Learning environment, student rights and responsibilities are clearly stated and behavior and discipline codes have been established.
